As luck would have it, when someone just asked me about a small business customer relationship management (CRM) system, I had the answer: Insightly.
In short order, this startup has nearly become the defacto go-to for small businesses.
I’ve tested it out myself, and they have a very intuitive yet complete set of features for all the stuff Salesforce does (sometimes a little too well, for entrepreneurs wanting a bare minimum of features). Insightly is great for:
- tracking contacts
- logging conversations, sales leads and emails so you can follow up efficiently
- managing projects and tasks
