Maybe I had the future of food on the brain when the idea to create the Invent a Food online course popped up.
At an awesome food tech conference called Bonappetech in San Francisco, a panel including Todd Masonis from Dandelion Chocolate, debated the future of food and what’s trending.
Here’s what I sketchnoted, of course relishing the chance to sketch a partially eaten chocolate bar.
A few weeks later, the Invent a Food project was live.
The future of food is a big topic of conversation these days. Crickets as protein and cactus as beverages are just a few of the twists we’ve seen.
Somehow these futuristic brainstorms led me to create a 22-minute course that teaches some food business (a great companion to Good Food, Great Business).
