I was about to write a round-up of food and drinks that caught my eye and fancy at the 2017 Natural Products Expo. Then the explosion of orange in my photo gallery caught my eye.
So with the memory of tasting Petit Pot’s lemon curd, salted caramel pot de creme, vanilla pot de creme, and rice pudding — because one must be thorough — I decided to highlight this brand that is the essence of delight.
From adorable European-style jars, to colorful lids customized by flavor, to a logo with appeal for kids and adults, Petit Pot has got it going on. (Compare this to more sophisticated their previous branding.)
The ingredients are the ones you’d use at home, and the jars are downright collectible.
Note that this may read like an advertorial, but it’s pure passion for the company’s products on my part.

It’s expensive and complicated to customize each lid based on flavor, but the designs make us want to collect them all.
